How to input all matras like anuswar, bisarga, Chandrabindu, halant when typing in Odia language?
I've checked the official website but didn't find anything about tutorials on how to enter the matras you mentioned. You'll have to keep the engine installed and then look on Google for example and recommendations on how to enter the desired text in the Odia language.
Luckily, there are plenty resources available to choose from when it come to typing in the Odia language. Also, Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool for Oriya might help as well with the text input.
