You can download a version of WMP Playlist form its official website. I've visited the website and I have the possibility to download the DEMO version of the software, but in order to fully use it a license is necessary which you can acquire from the same page as well (check the menu on the left).
When installing on a version of Windows higher than Windows 7, right click the installation package and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows XP from the drop-down list and then tick the Run as Administrator option.
