You have to download the installation package before the actual installation takes place. This can be done by visiting the official website where the KX-TVA Maintenance Console is stored in form of a RAR file.
Download the archive, extract it and launch the executable file then follow the instructions.
Note: There are two versions on the website (version 2.0 and 3.0), therefore make sure to download the one you actually need.
