You need to adjust the settings of the CNC machine to see if they match with the ones from the Alphacam. Also, the Alphacam developers don't allow public downloading which means that if you are already a customer, access their section and log-in with the customer ID to get access to documents.
This will allow you to get documents that will teach you how to properly export the parts.
