I can't find the compatibility details for the Leap Office 2000 on any of the websites visited. I've checked the official website as well, but it's nowhere mentioned about the compatibility with the Windows 10 64bit which means that it might not be compatible with this particular version.
If you still have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility and select a previous version of Windows from the drop-down menu.
