The Sony Update Service software has an error occurred when I open. It says like this, "An unexpected error has occurred. This app will shutdown". How can I solve it?
This happens because the application hasn't been installed properly. Simply try reinstalling it, but this time make sure to use Run as Administrator.
Additionally, install the latest Visual Runtime C++ and Net Framework as I believe the Sony Mobile Update Service strongly depends on them.
