How to fix the songs cutting too early?

One of our songs is over 5 minutes and cuts off before the end even though it shows to have all downloaded.

My suggestion is to try to play the song (if that's possible) in another player because the software might function correct and the problem could be the song you are using.

Additionally, check the built-in settings of the Emcee Pro application. There could be the possibility that your song to be unsupported.

Try to also use the How Do I section in the main software to see how to work with it.

Finally, contact the developers and explain this situation especially if you purchase the application.
