Yes, it works on Mac High Sierra. Simply download the TTF file of this font and then use Finder > GO and type Library/Fonts. Copy the TTF file in that location and you will have the possibility to use it in all the applications that have support for font changing.
I've searched and this appears to be the simplest way of adding fonts to Mac High Sierra.
