We cannot create classes - is there a user guide we can have?

We are trying to create a class - we receive an error message saying the class cannot be created. Is there a user guide we can access to ensure we are doing this correctly?

You will have to look in the installation directory because the official website is discontinued which makes the Math Strategies - Primary obsolete as well. There were some guides on the web, but the links posted lead to the domain that is not discontinued.

Look in the installation directory for user guides in PDF or CHM format. Sometimes developers put their information into those files to make it easier for users to learn about the program they developed.
