The Plant Viewer bar should appear in the Desigo Insight, but if it doesn't start the Plant Viewer manually with the Plant Viewer icon on the Desigo Insight shell bar. Additionally, to hide and show the plant viewer bar, simply press the CTRL + N on your keyboard. it will toggle the menu bar visible. This way you can access the desired add-on. This also implies that the Desigo Insight works normally without any other errors.
