Yes, the Diag Transfer works on Windows 10. Although it has been released on 01/29/2007, the application installs just fine and it even starts automatically. The latest version is 3.0.1 and it can be obtained from its official website.
Save the installation package to your PC, right click it and choose Run as Administrator. This will allow you to properly install the program and deploy the installation files to the correct folders.
