It's hard to say this since there is no setup package available for installation. I've checked multiple websites and although on the official website there are setup packages for their related products (that are discontinued as well), SmartSum doesn't appear to be available for installation.
Without an installer, it's impossible to download and test the installation on a 64bit-enabled system. You can visit their old site with the products and their license keys using this URL.
