Why isn't Cyberview communicating with my Windows 10 PC?

I have installed Cyberview on my Windows 10 machine but it keeps saying that it isn't communicating with my PC.

You also need to install the third party component that appears after the CyberView CS's installation. It's mandatory to accept the installation otherwise your device won't be recognized properly.

Also, if you have Windows 7 and above, go to Device Manager (Windows key + R > devmgmt.msc) with the device connected to your PC and then right click it in and choose Update. Choose Windows Update and driver will be installed automatically.
