You don't need any 3rd party program in order to run Formatta Filler. The standalone installer contains the necessary library files to run it without anything else.
Download the application (bottom right button) and double click the installer. Accept the installation of third party modules and launch the program after the procedure finished all its operations. You can then either start the program from installer or from your desktop.
