What does this program do?
Good Download Manager is just a file manager that intercepts your downloads from the browser. This type of applications usually act as default managers to organize your files download from the Internet from one single place.
I didn't test it to see exactly if it's reliable, but you can use Free Download Manager as an alternative since I use it daily.
