It's not currently possible to buy Swift Elite because it has been discontinued. I've tired to access its official website, but a generic search page was displayed instead.
I recommend using other applications from this category. For example, there is PowerKaraoke that is compatible with the latest versions of Windows and plays Karaoke files just fine.
