I've searched the web but didn't find anything about the Mobile Livestock. There is no information related to the availability of the software or anything that I can use to get in touch with the developers of the application.
At this time, the Mobile Livestock is actually a discontinued application. However, if you do have it installed, access its Help section to learn about the contact methods available.
