No, PhStat doesn't work with Google Docs. I've accessed my Google Drive storage and uploaded the XLSM file from the PhStat directory but Google Docs doesn't recognize it. I have tried to install additional scripts through the Google Docs, but failed to open the application.
You will have to use Microsoft Excel locally to be able to open the PHStat file.
