The website that hosts this application is giving errors and prohibits users from accessing it. I've tried to access it with a proxy and it does load afterwards but no other content was found which could mean that Hanes T-ShirtMaker is now a discontinued application without any possibility to download and test it.
If you still have the setup package, right click it and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows from the list and then run it. Tick the Run as Administrator option as well.
