Swift Publisher is able to import .pub files as long as the version imported was created in a program close to the one you are using to import the file. For example, importing a file which was created with a utility released in 2010-2011, into Publisher released before those years, will not be possible because of incompatibility. You don't need to convert these files as this is the standard format of Swift Publisher.
