No, there is no Mac version of CoatsEDV. The software has been developed to run only on the Windows platform and on this particular versions of Windows: Windows 95 or Windows NT. I tried to load it in Windows 10, but it gives a lot of errors and Windows refuses to run it.
There are applications developed to run Windows apps on Mac, but this is actually very old and won't support it.
