I've checked on the official website for Legal Billing, and apparently there is a 21 day trial for the product. You can download and test the product and its functionality, but after 21 days, the product will stop working and you might lose your data if it isn't backed up.
To install it properly, right click the installer package and choose Run as Administrator. This will allow the software install the proper files in the system drive.
