Doesn't log in properly.

When I log in, it only loads up 3/4 of the way and stops. It does not complete the log in process. What`s the solution, if any?

There could be 2 causes to this issue:

  1. The software is corrupted and needs a reinstall. Re-download the PurePlay Poker client and install it. You can overwrite the current installation.

  2. The service has a bug/issue and sends an error to the client that forces to close.
