How do I get registration code for the game Mummy Maze Deluxe. I can not play the game without this code.

I don't think it's possible to obtain a registration code for the Mummy Maze Deluxe anymore. Firstly, the game was released for PCs in 2002, then on the Android platform, but later removed from the Play Store due to unknown reasons.

I tried to get hold of the developers and their contact information, but couldn't find anything about it which could also mean that it has been discontinued.
