Unfortunately, there is no PDF tutorial available for this application. The only website that's related to XLCHA and still works doesn't provide any files at all. The files are probably available after you use XLCHA credentials to log in on the on only available section. You have the possibility to register for an account, but an ICEGATE ID is needed as the form requires it.
