How can I get the software?

I'm using Facet Theories in my thesis and I need to run some SSA Analysis. I would like to know how or where can I get the program and how much it is to buy it? It is an open source?

There is no data about the Hudap application. I've searched on the Hewbrew University's website with their search feature and no results appeared which could also mean that it has been discontinued from development or available only to students. I know there are universities in the world that have their own applications developed "in-house" and available only for students.
