The American Greetings Createacard Platinum 7 probably stores the contacts into its own proprietary database, because I couldn't find even a single trace to this inquiry. I tried to install it, but it's on a commercial license which means that the download will be available only after the payment is complete.
I suggest you start the program, then access the Address Book section and look for Save/Export function because this is the only way to migrate its contents to another PC.
Or, simply copy the entire installation directory of American Greetings Createacard Platinum 7 to a USB drive and paste it on new computer.
