The latest version of PowerDesk Pro is PowerDesk Pro 9. As mentioned on the official website, you can install it on the following Windows versions: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 & and Windows 10 computers. As you can see, it supports Windows 10, but since it's sold by the Avanquest, downloading is impossible because you will have to pay it in order to obtain a download link.
