Yes, you can multiple tournaments at the same time with different players, different rules and different games. I've downloaded the version of the ALJ Tournament Maker from the application's page at Software Informer and it worked normally.
After you open the software, use the first screen to add as many tournaments as you want. There is no restriction on that.
