No, The CD Library software is not compatible with Windows 8 or Windows 10. I've installed the version available on the Software Informer and launched it with full Administrator access. The software will display an error that multiplies automatically and you have to use the Task Manager to close it.
I couldn't find another download or update to the application, but there are alternatives. For example, check the software developed by the CollectorZ.
