The Attachmate myEXTRA Enterprise has been discontinued since November 2006. This means no updates have been released to support newer technologies or newer versions of Windows.
If you have the setup package, you could try running it in Compatibility mode. Right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility then choose a previous version, preferably Windows XP and run it that way.
