Can you download to a laptop and then get your files from version 4?
All of the Greeting Card applications are using a commercial license which means that you will have to buy it before the actual download.
Since I don't have the Greeting Card Factory Express and can't download it, I suggest you reach support and ask them about file compatibility. There is also free support. Access the link to read more about it.
