This device features 1GB of internal storage which means that you can connect it to your PC via a USB cable to transfer the recordings.
After connecting the device, you'll see it in the My Computer section. Double click the device to explore it and transfer the recordings. They will be in a folder created by the device.
The Voice Tracer will do no good here because it's just a way to manage your recordings.
