Since it's a USB device, the first step is to detach it from your PC. Next, go to Start and type Control panel. Locate the Programs and Features category and click on the Uninstall a program. Locate the Belkin N600 DB USB Wireless Adapter entry in the list and double click it to initialize the uninstall procedure. Follow the instructions on the screen and continue with the process until it's finished.
Alternatively, if you are on the Windows 10 OS, go to Start > Settings > Apps locate Belkin in the list. Click it once, then click on Uninstall and follow the same procedure as seen above.
