I've searched for indications on how to reset and configure the Spectra QuadX 2c Access Controls, but couldn't find anything because their support section displays a Coming Soon message when I try to access the available user guides.
The only thing you can try at this moment is to get in touch with the developers of the application. They should provide you with enough information to get started resetting this device.
