Is there an Android app to read the ProWeather Station?

It would be great for me if I could collect my ProWeather data using an Android device. I could still use Windows Easyweather for plotting and analysis, but my Weather Station is at a remote location, and I don't normally have a windows machine there. If there was an Android app to just append the data to Easyweather.dat on (say) Google Drive, I could keep a long term record of the data.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no Android application available for EasyWeather, but you can do this in a different way. Google Drive features a desktop application which syncs the file automatically or when it detects a file change. Set the station software to export the data to a folder, then install Google Drive on that Windows machine and add the folder to keep it synchronized. This way each time a change is applied to the file, it will sync it automatically, then you can access the data with the Android version of Google Drive.

Great suggestion - I develop h/w & s/w for remote systems, and I too was looking for a workaround. Ideally if the inet connection (remote & host) its protocol usage & data breakdown were to be freely published it would result in many more sales of the digitech & variants plus easier specialised development which could be available for all users.

I use Linux exclusively (Android is Linux effectively) and all Apps are thus easy to develop/debug/commission. Personally having used Windows since inception 3.01; through to Win95 - I suffered enough being a tech support donkey. Linux was my saviour since 2.4 kernel and there was no looking back

Thanks G
