The Music 2000 was developed to run on Windows 95 and Windows 98. This was a one time only release in form of a CD that didn't receive any updates at all.
If you still want to run the app on Windows 10, then Windows XP needs to be virtualized in a virtual machine (eg. VirtualBox) and you also need the original XP installation disc to be able to install it in that environment. The PC needs to be powerful enough to run 2 operating systems in the same time.
