Yes, you have a problem with drivers. If you go to the Device Manager (Windows key + R > devmgmt.msc) there will be an item marked with a yellow sign. Right click it and choose Update Driver then follow the instructions provided by Windows.
You could also check the manufacturer website for your printer to download an updated driver that will enable functionality for your printer machine.
Once the printer is working normally, you can continue using Memorex exPressit Label Design Studio.
