I don't think you can run Surveycraft on Windows 10 because there is no version available to download and install. I also checked the official website, but didn't find an installation package.
If you still have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility, then select a version of Windows from the drop down menu. I suggest picking Windows 7, then use the Run as Administrator option as well.
