Why Mechanical ToolBox couldn't installed and run?

I downloaded Mechanical ToolBox 5.7 and tried to install to my computer, but an error message "not compatible with new Windows" appears. Could you help me to resolve this issue so that I install and use this software?

When you launch the application, it gives you the following error:

Compatibility issues

As you can see it doesn't run properly on Windows 10 and my machine is running on Windows 10 x64. Unfortunately, no other download is possible, probably because Mechanical Toolbox has been discontinued from development. It doesn't appear anywhere on the official website.
