The official website for Estimator's Add-Vantage System is discontinued. This means I won't be able to obtain official troubleshooting guides or information that might help me understand what is going on with the functionality and especially with the inquiry you have posted above.
If you still have the application installed, go to Help > Contents and access the available topics regarding troubleshooting. Also, look in the installation folder, because you might find documents there as well.
