The phone is available for unlocking at the carrier's support shop or at your local cell phone service shop. If you are under contract, there is a big fee that needs to be paid before you can actually use it with another carrier. On the opposite part, visit a local phone service shop and they should unlock it to use with the carrier you want.
There are no free tools or services on the Internet to unlock the phone to use it with third party carriers.
