Does Riverbed Modeler accept in input a network topology and a traffic matrix?

The need is to know if Riverbed Modeler accepts in input a network topology and a computed/envisaged traffic matrix in order to size the architectures in advance of any deployment. See the impact analysis on the topology prepared with respect to the flow matrix and then at the output of the simulation/emulation, possibly see how one could use a configuration generator (internal or external tool) to configure the tested physical equipment.
