The Interlinear Scripture Analyzer basic supports modding. This is a term for applications that allow other 3rd party add-ons or plugins to be installed separately while working in the application like a normal function. Access the download page or use the direct download link. As stated on the page, install the ISA2 application first and then the mod. Restart ISA2 and you'll have the YLT support available right away.
Keep in mind to use Run as Administrator if you are on a Windows version higher than Windows XP.
