I've searched the web, but I couldn't find anything regarding the support of Vijeo Citect regarding the CTZ file format. The available documents don't provide anything about it, and the only downloads are actually service packs to the main application.
If you study the user guide, you'll find that CTZ format doesn't appear anywhere which could also mean that you are trying to open an unsupported CTZ file format.
