Certain Java-based applications require to be added to an Exclusion list before you can properly launch them. I believe that AKD Trade Case is one of those applications that needs special treatment.
Go to Start and type Control Panel, then use the Search function and type Java. In the Java's control panel, switch to Security and add the website where you've downloaded AKD Trade Case.
