No, it's not possible to obtain the application because there is no website to acquire it from. I've checked and it appears that the developer's website doesn't exist anymore. The domain where it was hosted probably expired and no renewal procedure has taken place.
At this point, Deloitte IndustryPrint Process Modeler seems to be a discontinued application since no other information is found about it.
