If you notice, in your error there is "Not found" mentioned. This means your device is not detected or the driver isn't properly installed. I tend to believe it's the second case. Therefore, you need to locate the driver for your device then continue with the installation procedure. Once that finishes, you can simply re-attach the device to your PC and continue with the installation procedure.
If you're using Windows 8 or higher, then you'll have to disable Driver Enforcement to be able to completely finish the installation.
Here's what you have to do do disable it: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
