Impossible to install Flir Tools on Windows 10.

Question

It's impossible to install Flir Tools last version v6.3 on my computer Windows 10 64bit last version 1709. I followed your advice at: http://flir.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/996/~/installation-problems-with-flir-tools

I've tried with .EXE, .ZIP, .ISO. Always the same message "Setup could not complete" after a few seconds. Can you help me please ? Thank you, Nicolas from France.

I've downloaded the Flir Tools on that website as well and installed them on my PC running Windows 10 x64, build 1709. When installing, use Run as Administrator on the setup package and follow the installation instructions.

Here is an image after I installed "flir tools.exe" package from the following website:

As you can see, it works properly and after that procedure, I had to restart Windows. Repeat what I've just did and it should work.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunatly, it doesn't works also when I install as administrator.
Got always the same message "Setup could not complete"
Any other ideas ?
