Unfortunately, the game has major issues on the Windows 10 operating system. I've downloaded a setup package from the Internet and installed it on my Windows 10 x64 with the latest updates and although it installs just fine, it crashes upon showing the main screen. I've also tried various compatibility methods, but none worked.
You will either have to downgrade to Windows XP or Windows 7 or you can't play Mahongg Master Egyptian Edition in Windows 10.
